FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Young Audiences has limited funds to help underwrite residency and exhibit programs. Listed below are other organizations that support school arts programming. Please contact these organizations directly if you would like more information on their financial assistance programs.
• Education Minnesota
• Minnesota State Arts Board School Support program
• Perpich Center for Arts Education
• Target Stores Take Charge of Education program
Your local teachers' association, school district foundation, parent organization, or neighborhood businesses may also be able to provide financial support for a school program.
Finally, you might consider the "reverse field trip" concept and pay for Young Audiences programs as you would regularly pay for field trips. Students spend much less time out of the classroom and the school saves money on transportation costs!
PROGRAM PAYMENT
• Payment must be received on or before first program date.
• Please make checks out to Young Audiences of Minnesota or call to make payments using a credit card.
• We will apply a late fee of $25 to invoices more than 30 days overdue.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
• Emergency Cancellations
If you need to cancel a program due to weather or other emergencies, please notify Young Audiences as soon as possible. We will work with you and the artist to reschedule as applicable.

If an artist is unable to fulfill the commitment, Young Audiences will offer the options of rescheduling, substituting another program or a full refund.
